ALWAYSONLINE IS A PRODUCT OF ALEX RAMPELL ("THE AUTHOR") AND IS PROTECTED BY COPYRIGHT LAWS. USE OF THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS GOVERNED BY THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT AND APPLICABLE LAW INCLUDING COPYRIGHT LAW.
GRANT OF LICENSE
You are granted a non-exclusive license of this software, and are permitted to use the Software for a maximum of fifteen (15) days without registering. Once the free trial period of the Software has ended, you must either:
1) Remove the software from your computer. You are permitted to keep a copy of the Software in your possession, provided that the Software is not used, and is not located in either the System Folder nor Control Panels folder of your computer, hard drives, removable media, etc.
2) Register the software, granting you a full (non-exclusive) license. Registering the Software costs as little as $10 for a single user, depending on how many computers you use/own, who uses them, and the terms of use.
In registering and receiving a non-trial license for a SINGLE copy of the Software, you must adhere to the following guidelines:
a) install the Software on different computers, not exceeding four (4) different computers, provided that they are owned solely by you, used solely by you, and are not used simultaneously.
b) install the Software on a single computer used by different people (e.g. a family), or a single user. The computer may not be used simulatneously.
If your situation is such that neither of these conditions are met, then you are required to purchase enough copies of the Software so that each computer, used by a different person/group of people, has its own copy of the Software installed and registered. Or, you may purchase a site-license to cover use of the Software for all computers and users at a certain site, or a Worldwide License to cover use of the software for all computers and users for a certain organization worldwide.
USE OF THE SOFTWARE BEYOND THE FIFTEEN (15) DAY FREE TRIAL PERIOD, AND WITHOUT HAVING REGISTERED NOR INTENDING TO REGISTER, IS PROHIBITED, AND IS AN EXPLICIT BREACH OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. THE AUTHOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK LEGAL AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES FOR UNLICENSED USE OF THIS SOFTWARE.
NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT
It is expressly prohibited to decompile or disassemble, or create derivative works of the Software; the author is entitled to full injunctive relief and liquidated damages resulting from such activities, including the reselling, leasing, or renting of the Software. The Software is non-transferable, and registered copies and registration codes may not be distributed to other users; such activity is a violation of this license agreement, will terminate your license to use the Software, and the Author may seek injunctive relief, liquidated damages, and appropriate legal action if such activities are taken.
WARRANTY
THE AUTHOR CANNOT ENSURE THE COMPLETE COMPATIBILTY AND/OR FUNCTIONALITY OF THE SOFTWARE; THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS TO BE USED AT THE RISK OF THE USER. BY USING THIS SOFTWARE, THE USER DISMISSES THE AUTHOR OF ALL LIABILITY FOR DATA LOSS OR ANY OTHER PROBLEMS CAUSED BY OR LINKED TO THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
